Shipping Policy
Note:
1. Receiving Time = Processing Time(Normally 48 hours) + Shipping Time; For pre-order items, please refer to the information on the product page.
2. If the product purchased by the customer is not in stock in the Germany/United States/Japan warehouse, it will be shipped tfrom the China warehouse.
3. There are high surcharges in remote areas and islands, and some remote areas and islands cannot be shipped. (Detailed places or other info please consult customer service)
3. Where to track my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, please click the Order Tracker or email address to track your order status. As a registered user, you can also log in “My Orders” in the Personal Center to track the order status.
4. Why are orders sent in separate shipments?
Products from your order may be located in different warehouses.
Your multi-product order may exceed weight limits for a single box.
The system automatically divides the package if your order contains pre-sale items.
5. Why have I received the notification from logistics?
If your package hasn't cleared customs, it might be FedEx or DHL requires more information from the importer (you). Please contact the carrier and provide the required information ASAP to avoid issues with delivery.
